Limitation on Liability. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions
are restricted, in no event will Big Play Tickets be liable to User for any
indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages,

Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using
the Site, User agrees that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State
of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User agrees to
personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and federal courts of the State of
Arizona, City of Tempe.
Indemnity. User agrees to indemnify and hold Big Play Tickets, its
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees,
harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of
the Site, including also User's use of the Site to provide a link to another
site or to upload content or other information to the Site.
We Are Not The Official Box Office.
The Box Office is the term used to describe the original selling source for
tickets. If available, tickets from the box office are generally less expensive,
but the seat selection may be severely limited. If you are unable to obtain the
tickets you want through the box office, and you are willing to pay above the
face value for tickets, we can help you get the seats you are looking for.
Big Play Tickets is an independent agency that buys and resells event tickets on
the secondary market. We apply a service charge to each ticket that we sell, so
the price printed on the ticket will not be our selling price. Since our tickets
are sold on the secondary market, our prices are determined by the "market
value". The "market value" can be substantially higher than the "face value" of
the ticket. In most cases, we have to pay quite a bit over the "face value" for
the tickets that we offer for sale.
